Rascal Flatts

A Grammy Award-winning country music group founded in Nashville, Tennessee, the Rascal Flatts are composed of Gary LeVox on vocals, Jay DeMarcus on bass guitar, and Joe Don Rooney on guitars.

The group has released five studio albums and one live compilation, all released under Lyric Street records. The Rascal Flatts’ first two releases, the self-titled “Rascal Flatts” from 2000, and “Melt” from 2002, were certified two times multi-platinum and three times multi-platinum in the US respectively. “Feels Like Today”, which was released later in 2004, was an even more successful release as it was certified five times multi-platinum. 2006’s “Me and My Gang” was also a success at four times multi-platinum. Their most recent album, “Still Feels Good” is already at two times multi-platinum since its release.

The Rascal Flatts have released a total of twenty singles in the span of their career, with eight of those singles reaching the top of the charts. “Life is a Highway”, a cover song originally by Tom Cochrane that was used for the 2006 animated movie “Cars”, also made its way into the country music charts
