Patty Loveless has just announced that she will be going on tour after being in hiatus for three years. This move, she says, is to support her upcoming release, the cover album entitled “Sleepless Nights†which is expected due September.
Under her new label, Saguaro Road Records, Patty Loveless has come out with her 19th album, testament to the success of her long and rewarding career. The tour will be starting of at the State Theatre in State College, PA on September 26. Loveless expressed that “I’m excited to get back out there and see some familiar faces as well as meet some new ones.â€
It will be Patty Loveless’ first release since 2005. Her 19th release is produced with the help of her husband Emory Gordy Jr. The CD also features session players like Harold Bradley, Harry Stinson, Steve Gibson, Biff Watson, John Hobbs, and Hargus “Pig†Robbins.
